By accessing or using NestPair at getnestpair.com ("the Service"), operated by Blue Dog Ventures, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

NestPair is a free platform that connects families seeking nanny share arrangements in the San Francisco Bay Area. We help families discover compatible matches based on location, schedule, budget, and childcare preferences. NestPair does not employ nannies, manage childcare arrangements, or act as an agency.

You must be at least 18 years old to use NestPair. By creating an account, you represent that you are an adult acting on your own behalf or on behalf of your family.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information and for any activity that occurs under your account. Please keep your contact details up to date so matched families can reach you.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to contain false or misleading information.

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to access other users' contact information outside of mutually matched connections
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose other than finding a personal nanny share arrangement
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

You retain ownership of the information you submit to NestPair. By submitting content (including profile information, photos, and messages), you grant us a limited license to store and display that content to operate the Service.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you post. We are not responsible for the actions or representations of other users.

Your use of NestPair is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

NestPair makes no guarantee that you will find a compatible nanny share family. Match results are based on the information you and other families provide, and compatibility scores are indicative only. We are not responsible for the outcome of any childcare arrangement made through the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not conduct background checks on users or verify the accuracy of profile information submitted by families.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Dog Ventures, LLC and its members, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any nanny share arrangement facilitated through the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
